Sir Keir Starmer is expected to urge partner nations to provide Ukrainian forces with more extended-range weaponry to target Moscow's positions during discussions in Britain on Friday.

The prime minister plans to receive Ukraine's leader Zelensky alongside the so-called "group of committed partners", comprising over twenty of Ukraine's allies who have agreed to offer Ukraine security guarantees once a ceasefire is brokered.
